Q. Where is your clothing produced? 

A. Our clothing is produced in New York City, New York.

Q. How should I wash and care for my product?

A. Please dry clean only.

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

A. We currently only ship domestically within the US.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Q. Will I get charged sales tax for my order?

A. Your purchase may be subject to sales tax, unless your state is exempt from taxation.

Q. I'm ordering this as a gift. Do you offer gift receipts or gift wrapping services? 

A. We currently do not offer gift receipts or gift wrapping for orders.

Q. How will I know you received my order?

A. You will receive an email to the email address provided acknowledging received your order after debit/credit card details have been approved.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Please email us immediately within 2 hours of placing your order, requesting cancellation and someone will contact you in response to your request. If confirmed, a full refund will be returned to the payment method used for the order. Any cancellation requests outside of the 2 hour window after placing your order cannot be processed. 

Q. I made a mistake while typing in my address or need to change my address - can I correct or update my address after I place my order?

A. Please contact us immediately to provide the correct address or to update your address - we allow a 48 hour window to change or update your address. If after 48 hours, the responsibility will fall on you to contact the courier to reroute the order.

Q. I ordered the wrong size - can I change the size?

A. There is a 2 hour window after placing your order to contact us to request a size change for your order and someone will contact you in response to your request. If confirmed, an updated order confirmation will be sent updated with the requested size. If outside of the 2 hour window after placing your order, your order will be proceeded, and after being received, you may request an exchange for the correct size if eligible. Please review our exchanges and returns policy to determine if eligible for exchange.

Q. What is the cost of shipping for my order?

A. Shipping is free for all orders.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. After receiving your order, we work to process orders quickly within 3-5 days.

Q. How can I track my order? When I will receive my order?

A. After your order is processed within 3-5 days, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to the email connected with your order. All orders are shipped through UPS Ground, and will be received within a projected shipping window of 1-5 business days. Please note the shipping window is projected, and can be affected by weather, emergency, transportation delays, and other circumstances. 

Q. Is a signature required for my order?

A. A signature is not required to receive your order. Please note your tracking number once received and monitor the delivery of your package.

Q. I never received my order but the tracking number says it's been delivered. What do I do?

A. Please allow 24 hours to allow UPS to ensure delivery of your order - there are sometimes cases where a package has been marked as 'delivered' by UPS but will not actually be delivered until the following day. If after 24 hours the order is still not received, please contact us immediately.
